Avocados are great for your skin. They're rich in fatty acids, vitamins and protein. This mask is fine for any skin type, but if your skin is dry you can add some extra moisture by including coconut oil.
Honey Avocado Mask
Place the following ingredients in a blender and mix until you have a smooth paste. If you don't have a blender mash the ingredients with a fork until smooth and well combined.
- 1/2 a peeled avocado
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon plain or Greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (optional)
Spread over face and neck. Leave for 5-10 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
