Calming Catmint and Lemon Balm Tea
To make this you will need:
Place the dried herbs directly into a tea pot or infuser. Pour over 1 cup of boiling water and leave to steep for 5-6 minutes. Strain then add a teaspoon of honey to sweeten or a dash of lemon juice.
